“It is planned to suspend the validity of transport cards for persons over 60 years old who do not have a QR code or a certificate of medical withdrawal. Also, transportation by public transport of persons over 18 years old will only be provided with a QR code or a certificate of medical withdrawal, ”the press service noted.

According to the information, published on the website of the President of Tatarstan, the non-working days in the region will not be extended. At the same time, “strict restrictions” on the operation of a number of facilities and on the holding of entertainment and mass events will continue to operate.

Over the past day, 217 new cases of COVID-19 infection have been identified in Tatarstan, 11 people have died.

Currently, there are QR codes in the region for visiting shopping centers, shops with an area of more than 150 m² and other objects.
