Law enforcement officers detained three sellers of confidential information in Moscow. According to him, Katkov, Zaitsev and Zelentsov did not know that one of their clients was Navalny. “They were used, as they say,“ in the dark ”. Currently, all three have been charged with forging documents and violating the secrecy of telephone conversations, ”the source said.
The Basmanny District Court of Moscow reported that Katkov, Zelentsov and Zaitsev were placed under house arrest. They were charged under Art. 327 (production or circulation of forged documents) and Art. 138 (violation of secrecy of correspondence or telephone conversations “) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

They made 47 trips in the same directions as Alexei Navalny flew or went, on the same days, flying parallel flights with the politician.
After the investigation was released, Navalny called one of the FSB officers involved in the investigation, Konstantin Kudryavtsev, posing as Assistant Secretary of the Security Council Nikolai Patrushev. In the conversation, Kudryavtsev told the details of Navalny’s poisoning.
The Russian authorities do not acknowledge the fact of Navalny’s poisoning.
