The Taliban offensive was repelled without much difficulty, ”local media sources said.

According to publications, the extremists’ losses amounted to 85 killed and 108 more wounded. In the battles near Jabal-us-Siraj, 12 Taliban militants were killed, and another 26 were wounded. There are also wounded among the defenders of Panjshir.
