Anastasia Zavyalova, a resident of Moscow, who was filming the detention of a child on Chistoprudny Boulevard, was beaten in a police van, informs Mediazona.
According to the newspaper, Zavyalova was filming how police officers took a little girl into the paddy wagon, when one of them twisted Zavyalova’s arms and dragged her into the paddy wagon. The girl’s father was detained for being drunk on the street.
“One of the security officials pushed Nastya, she tried to remove his badge – he was covering it,” told correspondent of the publication Polina Glukhova.
According to Zavyalova, in the paddy wagon they hit her head on the table, and later they took her to the Basmanny department and drew up a report on petty hooliganism (Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code).
At the same time, as noted by Zavyalova, she was threatened to open a case under the article on the attack on the security forces (Article 318 of the Criminal Code).
