Vesti claimed that there was a certain Moscow branch of M.K.U., which oversees the SBU, and the online publication Ukraina.ru names the name of the curator – Vitaly Koshytsky.
There is almost no evidence of the existence of such a group in the Ukrainian segment of the Internet; the name of the “curator from the SBU” Koshytsky is not mentioned at all. But, according to the “investigators” from the ROKOT Telegram channel, which published the personal data of their participants after the winter protests, this SBU officer uses the social network VKontakte, blocked in Ukraine and cooperating with Russian law enforcement agencies. The account pointed to by ROKOT is indeed exists, it publishes Koszycki’s poems. The photograph of Koshytsky, published by ROKOT, is not found anywhere else on the Internet, Besides “Arguments and Facts” and the “revealing” pro-Kremlin resource Stalker Zone.
