“Muz-TV” was fined 1 million rubles for the images of the guests of the award, “not corresponding to the image of a man of traditional sexual orientation”

The Basmanny Court of Moscow imposed a fine of 1 million rubles on the Muz-TV channel, having found him guilty of promoting images that “do not correspond to the image of a man of traditional sexual orientation.” About it reported in the press service of the court.

The program was analyzed by the Center for Special Research and Expertise. The reason was the images of male guests of the award, which, according to experts, had “traditional feminine characteristics.” We are talking about long hair, makeup, painted nails, dresses and a variety of jewelry.

In addition, the court decision cites a quote from the artist Philip Kirkorov: “Love is wonderful, it has no boundaries, mood, sex, everything is in the name of love, and this is correct”, which was assessed as “an indication of the possibility of same-sex relationships in the presence of a high degree of emotionally positive attitude ”.

Earlier, Muz-TV was imposed a similar fine for promoting non-traditional sexual relations among adolescents.
