Recall that in January, Lyubov Sobol received the status of a defendant in the case of violating the inviolability of the home of the mother-in-law of an FSB officer from the group of Navalny’s poisoners, Konstantin Kudryavtsev. On December 21, Sobol came to his house and wanted to ask him a few questions, but Kudryavtsev did not open the door for her. At some point, a woman came out of the next apartment – Galina Subbotina, who is Kudryavtsev’s mother-in-law.
By her statement police officers arrived at the scene and detained Sobol and other employees of the Navalny Live channel. Subbotina appears in the Sobol case as a victim.
On April 14, the prosecutor requested a year of correctional labor for Sobol with a deduction of 20 percent of his salary. The state prosecutor insisted on the guilt of Sobol, who, according to him, entered Subbotina’s apartment for the sake of PR.
