In Turkey, security officials detained six foreigners suspected of political and military espionage. About it informs local edition Akit.
According to the newspaper, the suspects were caught during a special operation, which was carried out “at three addresses in Istanbul and at two addresses in Antalya.” It was reported that the detainees were preparing an armed attack.
During the searches, three pistols were seized from the foreigners, one of which was equipped with a silencer and a laser sight, as well as magazines and cartridges for weapons.
