The Estonian Health Board has allowed people to prove their “infectious safety” with any vaccines officially used in different countries. About it writes Delphi.
According to the newspaper, this follows from the answer of the Department to Tallinn University, whose international examination center asked which vaccines, besides the four used in Estonia, are considered acceptable in the country.
“Estonia recognizes those vaccines that are recognized by the country of origin,” Delfi quotes the Department’s response to the university. At the same time, it is possible to assess the compliance of the vaccination certificate with the requirements adopted in Estonia on the basis of the data specified in it, the Department emphasized.
Earlier it became known that the World Health Organization suspended the approval process for the Russian vaccine “Sputnik V” due to violations at one of the factories producing the vaccine. As noted by the deputy head of the Pan American Health Organization Jarbas Barbosa, now WHO is waiting for notification that the plant has corrected the violations. After that, there must be a new inspection.
