The Tverskoy court sentenced Gleb Borisov, a participant in the rally in support of Alexei Navalny, to five years in prison for damaging an FSB car on Tsvetnoy Boulevard. About it informs Interfax.
Borisov was found guilty of two episodes of non-life-threatening violence against law enforcement officers (part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), as well as deliberate damage or destruction of property (part 2 of Article 167 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
Tiktoker Konstantin Lakeev was previously detained in the same case. He was charged with damage to property (part 2 of Article 167 of the Criminal Code) and hooliganism (part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code). After the arrest of Lakeev, the IC published a video with Tiktoker’s apologies.
On January 23, protesters threw snowballs at an FSB car, some kicked it and jumped on the hood.
