“Friends, the St. Petersburg Election Commission unanimously canceled as illegal the decision of the Territorial Election Commission No. 30 to refuse to register me as a candidate for the Legislative Assembly in the single-mandate constituency No. 2 in the Central District. My complaint has been satisfied, ”Vishnevsky wrote on his Telegram channel.
