The ex-head of Navalny’s headquarters in Murmansk, Violetta Grudina, submitted a package of documents for the by-election to the Murmansk City Council, despite the forced hospitalization. About this the sternum itself wrote in your Telegram channel.

She said that she handed over a complete set of necessary documents to the doctor on duty at the Murmansk Regional Center for Specialized Types of Medical Aid, where she is now. The doctor, in turn, accepted them and signed the statement by Grudina, and then handed over the package of documents to the head doctor of the medical institution for certification. After that, according to Grudina, the documents “must be immediately handed over to the TEC.”

“I would never have thought that I could thank my enemies, but here a gang of United Russia doctors did me a great service. <...> We are waiting for a response from the TEC, and it will certainly follow, because I have already officially notified the TEC itself about my nomination, supervising it from the Murmansk Region IK and the Central Election Commission, ”added Grudina.

July 14 Oktyabrsky District Court of Murmansk satisfied Rospotrebnadzor’s claim for compulsory hospitalization by Sternina. The court’s decision entered into force immediately after the announcement.

According to Rospotrebnadzor, Grudina allegedly violated the self-isolation regime. On July 12, the ex-head of Navalny’s Murmansk headquarters provided the court with a negative test for COVID-19, and a medical worker invited by Rospotrebnadzor said that she did not need hospitalization, but the court did not take this fact into account.
