Oppositionist Alexei Navalny filed another lawsuit against the administration of correctional colony No. 3 in Vladimir for obstructing the work of lawyers. At meetings with him, they are not allowed to use telephones and laptops. About it informs RIA Novosti with reference to the Oktyabrsky District Court of Vladimir.
Navalny’s lawyers already filed a similar claim on May 12, it concerned a different period of time. On June 10, the court dismissed the claim.
“Now the lawsuit is related to the same, only dates are indicated that were not included in the previous lawsuit, from mid-May to early June. He complains about the actions of PKU IK-3 while he was there, ” stated TASS in the press service of the court.
The claim will be considered on July 30.
Earlier, the Petushinsky District Court considered three claims of Navalny against the administration of IK-2 in Pokrov. On June 2, the court rejected Navalny’s claim against the colony for being registered as prone to escape, and also stated that his right to an uninterrupted eight-hour sleep was not violated in the colony. On June 7, Navalny dropped the lawsuits related to the refusal to give him books for reading and censorship of periodicals.
