Following our investigations – About Zarina Doguzova, the head of Rostourism, to whom the state presented an apartment in an elite house, – we submitted three applications to the Investigative Committee at once.
First, a complaint about the provision of false information. Doguzova, as a civil servant, is obliged to report information about her income. But in her declaration for 2020, an income of 3.6 million rubles is indicated, while we only counted clothes and jewelry for her at 30 million.
Secondly, a statement under two articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation – abuse of office and abuse of office. Zarina cannot be called needy even by the standards of Russian officials. This means that she could not apply for an apartment from the housing stock, in a house built at a budgetary expense.
And, thirdly, a statement about falsification of Rosreestr, from where information about the owner of this very apartment was removed.
These are all real crimes. It is them that the Investigative Committee should investigate, and not drag our former employees for interrogation or conduct regular searches on “Sanitary business”…
