The Moscow Zamoskvoretsky Court arrested for ten days Pussy Riot participant Anna Kuzminykh, who two days ago left the detention center after her previous arrest, informs “MBH Media” with reference to the lawyer Ilya Utkin.

According to Utkin, the Kuzmins drew up a protocol of disobedience to a police officer (part 1 of article 19.3 of the Administrative Code). The text of the document emphasizes that she “behaved suspiciously, swore obscenely and showed aggression.”

The Kuzmins were detained today at the entrance of their own house and taken to the Yakimanka police station.

On July 7, Kuzminykh was released from the detention center after 15 days of arrest under the same article.

Anna Kuzminykh was arrested June 23. She was detained the day before when she left the nail salon. The girl was charged with disobeying a police officer. According to the lawyer Ilya Utkin, the police reports say that the Kuzmins were allegedly offered to introduce themselves, but she refused.

July 8 court arrested Pussy Riot participant Alexander Sofeyev for 12 days. It was detained at the exit from the vaccination center in Moscow Gostiny Dvor, where he received the second component of the coronavirus vaccine. The detention took place several hours after he left the special detention center, where he served 15 days of arrest after being detained on June 22. Then a protocol was drawn up against him about his appearance in a public place in a drunken state.

Pussy Riot participant Maria Alekhina on July 8 also appointed 15 days of administrative arrest. She was found guilty of non-compliance with the order of a police officer (Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code). As stated by the security officials, Alekhina “was using foul language.”

Alekhina was also detained the day before at the exit from the special detention center, where she served 15 days of arrest under the same article.

Then she was accused of allegedly refusing to get into the police car, together with Olga Shalina, head of the Moscow branch of the Other Russia E. V. Limonov. At the same time, there is a video where Alekhina, at the request of the police, gets out of the taxi and calmly follows the employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
