Moscow City Duma Deputy Sergei Mitrokhin banned leaving Russia and blocked accounts.
These measures were taken as part of enforcement proceedings in administrative cases after Mitrokhin’s participation last year in unauthorized actions.
The party noted that in the framework of these cases, the deputy was fined 300 and 150 thousand rubles, respectively. “Sergey Mitrokhin paid these fines in a timely manner, receipts for payment were sent to the Tverskoy District Court of Moscow. Based on the information on State Services, the fines were considered paid off until November 2021, when they reappeared in Mitrokhin’s personal account, ”Yabloko noted.
According to the party, a few days ago the bailiffs’ service issued a ruling on “temporary restriction of Sergei Mitrokhin’s departure from the Russian Federation and the collection of fines from his wages.”
Mitrokhin called this situation “abnormal” and is going to personally visit the capital’s department of the FSSP on February 2.
