The court found him guilty of beating a girl during an online broadcast. In favor of the victim, a total of 72 thousand 444 rubles were collected from him.
Also, according to a court decision, 10% of the blogger’s salary will be withheld in favor of the state. The prosecution asked the court to withhold 15% interest and 6 months of correctional labor.
On October 19, during a live webcast on the Internet, Mellstroy hit the 21-year-old woman on her face several times on the table. The girl was diagnosed with a closed head injury, concussion and bruises.
In April of this year, the Ramenskiy Court of the Moscow Region sentenced trash streamer Stanislav Reshetnyak (Reeflay) to six years in a strict regime colony in the case of deliberate infliction of grievous bodily harm, resulting in the death of the victim by negligence. The case was opened after Reshetnyak’s girlfriend died during his stream.
