In the Far East, Valentin Ludkov was detained, accused of committing acts of a sexual nature against minors. The arrest took place almost immediately after exit investigation edition of Baza, which tells about the network of pedophiles living in Komsomolsk-on-Amur.
Ludkov was charged under articles “Rape” (131 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and “Violent acts of a sexual nature” (132 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
According to the publication, one of the heroines of the text, Nadezhda Menshova, testified against him. She told investigators about two episodes of violence that occurred in 2008-2009. In the text, the heroine appears under a fictitious name.
As the authors of the investigation found out, many models of the Far East were involved in the child prostitution system of Komsomolsk-on-Amur, having survived corruption. One of these girls, Svetlana Alekseeva, was the first to tell about the existence of a conveyor belt for child prostitution in the city.
In the investigation, the girl recalls the details of what happened to her in childhood, as well as other victims, the pedophiles themselves and their accomplices.
