Later, Ura.ru and the Oper Leaked Telegram channel announced the musician’s departure from Russia. At the same time, the concert director said that in the near future Morgenstern is planning a private event in Belarus, and in the future the rapper’s concert schedule will not change.
At the end of March this year, the League of Safe Internet applied to the Prosecutor General’s Office with a request to check the musician for possible drug propaganda among children.
Due to the complaint of the League of Safe Internet, an administrative case under Part 1.1 of Art. 6.13 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (propaganda of drugs using the Internet) was also introduced against journalist Yuri Dud.
“Big bloggers who have a multimillion audience should be more responsible about the content they distribute. After all, a large proportion of their subscribers and viewers are children and adolescents. The dissemination of information that could entail a risk to the life and health of citizens is unacceptable, ”said the director of the League Yekaterina Mizulina in early April.
As a result, the examination revealed the facts of drug propaganda in two interviews with the journalist: with the blogger Ivangai and Morgenstern.
On June 3, the Zyuzinsky Court of Moscow found Morgenstern guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 1 of Art. 6.13 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (“Propaganda of drugs”). By a court decision, he was assigned an administrative fine of 100 thousand rubles. The reason for bringing the artist to administrative responsibility then was the statement about checking his videos “Rosé Wine – 2” and Family.
