In Lviv, the court sent one of the leaders of the Ukrainian anti-Axis movement Ostap Stakhiv under arrest for 60 days, writes “Public”.
According to the newspaper, Stakhiv can be released from the pre-trial detention center if he pays a bail of 998 thousand hryvnia (more than 2.7 million rubles). The antivaxer himself stated that he had no opportunity to post a bail.
Stakhiv’s lawyer noted that the security forces abducted his client from a hospital in the Transcarpathian region, where he was undergoing treatment.
Stakhiv is accused of trying to overthrow the constitutional order. He, in turn, denies that he was preparing to do so.
On November 16, searches were carried out at Ostap Stakhiv. On that day, special forces officers carried out operations in several regions of Ukraine at once.
Previously, Stakhiv’s Facebook and YouTube pages were repeatedly blocked.
