The ex-coordinator of Navalny’s headquarters, the founder of the Dozor movement, Yevgeny Kochegin, was prosecuted under the article on evading military service (Article 328 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). About it it says on the Dozora Telegram channel.
“The actions of Kochegin do not contain the composition of evasion, since there must be intent in such actions. Yevgeny, on the other hand, seeks from the military commissariat to comply with the procedure for sending him to alternative service established by law, which has not been properly observed to date, ”Sergei Semushin, a lawyer for the organization for the protection of the rights of conscripts, is quoted as saying.
Let us remind you that on November 9, after hours of interrogation and a search, the security forces detained ex-coordinator of the Ufa headquarters of Navalny, Lilia Chanysheva. She is accused of creating an extremist community, money laundering, and involving minors in dangerous situations. In total, she was charged under five criminal articles.
Also, the police came with searches to more than ten oppositionists in the Kemerovo region and Bashkiria. Most of them were employees or volunteers of Navalny’s headquarters.
In Ufa, they came not only to Chanysheva and her colleague Fedor Telin, but also to former headquarters volunteers Albert Gaskarov, Alexandra Maslova, Olga Komleva, Viktor Pryadil’shchikov and Rustem Mulyukov. In addition, a search was carried out at the house of journalist Anastasia Denisenko.
In Kemerovo, the security forces came to the former employees of Navalny’s headquarters, Dmitry Didenko and Elizaveta Slavinskaya, as well as to the former volunteer Daria Romanchuk. They did not conduct a search at Slavinskaya, since her mother is presumably sick with a coronavirus. Police confiscated all equipment from Didenko and Romanchuk. All activists were interrogated as witnesses.
In Novokuznetsk, searches were also carried out on the premises of an activist of the “Vesna” movement and the technical director of “Skat.media” Fyodor Reguzov, as well as on the former candidate to the State Duma Denis Shakin.
