The Tverskoy Court of Moscow sent Ksenia Damova (Rita Fox) under arrest for 14 days because of a photo with bare buttocks in front of the Kremlin.
Damova was found guilty of petty hooliganism (part 1 of article 20.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation), transfers Interfax with reference to the press service of the court.
The photos in question were published by Damova on October 30. In the photo, she stands with her pants down against the background of the Kremlin. “I may have to bear administrative responsibility for these photos, but it was worth it,” the girl wrote under the picture.
Last week, two bloggers – Ruslani Talabjon (Ruslan Bobiev) and model Anastasia Chistova (Asya Akimova) – were sentenced to 10 months in prison for insulting the feelings of believers (part 1 of article 148 of the Criminal Code) because of a photo with imitation of sexual intercourse on the back of the Temple Basil the Blessed. In the photo, Bobiev is standing against the background of the temple, and a girl in a police jacket is squatting in front of him.
After the arrest, Bobiev apologized for his act and promised “never to do that again.” He also said that he was shooting pranks. The Ministry of Internal Affairs noted that “the actions of young people were public, demonstrative, expressed clear disrespect for society and contained signs of insulting the feelings of believers.”
