At the same time, four more journalists and The Insider were included in the list. August 4 Roskomnadzor blocked Khodorkovsky’s Open Media projects, «MBH media» and “Postcard rights protection”… The agency explained that it blocked access to the “resources of the Open Russia Civic Movement, Open Russia”, which were recognized as “undesirable”. In September, the Ministry of Justice named a state secret of the content of the letter of Rosfinmonitoring, due to which the journalists of Open Media, Yulia Yarosh and Maxim Glikin, were recognized as “foreign agents”.
