Pussy Riot participant Anna Kuzminykh reported threats from representatives of the “Male State”

Earlier, several members of Pussy Riot, including Alexander Sofeev and Veronika Nikulshina, left Russia. The reason for the departure was the persecution of the group members and repeated arrests under the article on disobedience to the police. Later, Kuzminykh also announced her intention to leave.

On July 9, the Zamoskvoretsky Court of Moscow arrested the Kuzmins for ten days, who at that time had just left the detention center after the previous arrest. Then the Kuzmins drew up a protocol of disobedience to a police officer (part 1 of article 19.3 of the Administrative Code). The text of the document emphasized that she “behaved suspiciously, swore obscenely and showed aggression.”

On July 7, Kuzminykh was released from the detention center after 15 days of arrest under the same article.

Also earlier Anna Kuzminykh was arrested June 23. She was detained the day before when she left the nail salon. The girl was charged with disobeying a police officer. According to the lawyer Ilya Utkin, the police reports say that the Kuzmins were allegedly offered to introduce themselves, but she refused.

July 8 court arrested Pussy Riot participant Alexander Sofeyev for 12 days. He was detained at the exit from the vaccination center in Moscow Gostiny Dvor, where he received the second component of the coronavirus vaccine. The detention took place several hours after he left the special detention center, where he served 15 days of arrest after being detained on June 22. Then a protocol was drawn up against him about his appearance in a public place in a drunken state.

Another member of the group, Maria Alekhina, was also arrested twice.
