In Murmansk, the court satisfied the claim for the forced hospitalization of the ex-head of Navalny’s headquarters Violetta Grudina

The Oktyabrsky District Court of Murmansk satisfied the claim of Rospotrebnadzor for the involuntary hospitalization of the ex-coordinator of the headquarters of Alexei Navalny in Murmansk, Violetta Grudina. The court decision came into force after it was announced by the court. Chikov clarifies that the sternum will be hospitalized pending a negative coronavirus test.

According to Rospotrebnadzor, Grudina allegedly violated the self-isolation regime. As the heads of “Agora” notes, on July 12, the ex-head of Navalny’s Murmansk headquarters provided the court with a negative test for COVID-19, and a medical worker invited by Rospotrebnadzor said that she did not need hospitalization, but the court did not take this fact into account.

Chikov emphasizes that a criminal case was also initiated against Grudina under the “sanitary article”. The former head of Navalny’s headquarters herself associates such attention of law enforcement agencies and Rospotrebnadzor with the fact that she intends to participate in the election of deputies to the Murmansk City Council.

July 9 became knownthat Violetta Grudina was visited by police officers and officers of the Federal Service for Supervision of Sports and Welfare with a demand for involuntary hospitalization.

“Today at 9 am a landlord knocked on my door: he decided to come from the region and talk to me, he said that he was alone. Behind him there were cops and two RPN officers who demanded my immediate hospitalization. On what grounds ?! The hospitals in the city are overcrowded, and the idiots from the RPN give the bed to a healthy person, ”Grudina wrote on her Twitter page.

According to the activist, she fell ill in mid-June, but doctors took a PCR smear from her only on June 25, while earlier they had repeatedly refused to come. A few days later, Sternum received a message with a positive result. After that, she was in self-isolation for two weeks. However, in July, the chief sanitary doctor for the Murmansk region filed a lawsuit for the forced hospitalization of Grudina.
