After recovery, Muscovites stopped taking a second PCR test for COVID. About it informs RIA Novosti with reference to several metropolitan clinics and a coronavirus call center.
Doctors at one of the capital’s polyclinics told the agency that a second PCR test after quarantine is no longer required. Doctors from another polyclinic reported that “no one is taking repeated tests now,” and quarantine will close automatically.
At a Moscow coronavirus call center, an operator told reporters that a repeat PCR test should be taken on days 10-11, while another operator said that a repeat test had not been taken since January 24.
The Moscow Health Department has not yet commented on this information.
