Cases like this have been happening regularly in recent months. October 29 Tverskoy District Court of Moscow sentenced participants of the photo shoot against the backdrop of St. Basil’s Cathedral. The girl was squatting in front of her shooting partner, and at the same time she was wearing a jacket with the inscription “police”.

October 30 in St. Petersburg, the police detained 31-year-old model Irina Volkova for posing in thong shorts at St. Isaac’s Cathedral. She was demanded to be punished for insulting the feelings of believers. Volkova was brought to court in handcuffs and placed in a cell for the defendants. The judge decided to refuse the investigation, since the arguments about the guilt of the model are unconvincing.

November 3 Tverskoy Court put under arrest pornographic actress Ksenia Damova (Rita Fox) for 14 days because of a photo with bare buttocks against the backdrop of the Kremlin. Damova was found guilty of petty hooliganism (part 1 of article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation).

Sentences are often passed under the article on insulting the symbols of military glory. Some become defendants in a criminal case because of smoking from eternal fire or cooking it has sausages on it. In October, the Investigative Committee accused a homeless man of rehabilitating Nazism for drying socks on an eternal fire in Miass. Initially, a criminal case was initiated under the article “Vandalism” (214 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
