Employees of the Voronezh Regional Management Center, a structure of the Dialog Regions ANO, created the Federal Content Telegram channel, where manuals for covering the activities of Putin and the government for the media were published for eight months, and mistakenly made it open. Even after it was found out, the channel was not closed. It happened only today, January 20, after publications in the media. Authenticity of the channel and its content Znak.com confirmed source working with ANO Dialog Regions.

Federal Content published materials for the media, as well as recommendations on how and where to distribute them. For example, April 21 is were “theses [из послания президента России, которые] most positively [были] perceived by the audience”: about additional support for families with children, changes in the field of education and new ambulances for villages. They were asked to “publish in any publics, except for the official ones in VK and OK in a project with partners.” The SDG also offered the media to distribute ready-made images with quotes from Putin.

In August 2021, when forest fires raged in several regions of Russia, the authors of the channel asked write that “fires are blazing all over the world.” Regions with a severe flood situation were allowed not to publish the material.

The source of Znak.com, working with ANO “Dialogue Regions”, connects the appearance of “Federal Content” with the fact that “someone screwed up.”
