On the night of January 14, the websites of the Ukrainian government were subjected to a hacker attack. The websites of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the State Emergency Service, the Cabinet of Ministers, the Ministry of Education and Science, informs “UNIAN”.
On the start page of the hacked sites, an ad was placed written in Ukrainian, Russian and Polish: “Ukrainian! All your personal data has been uploaded to the public network. All data on the computer is destroyed and cannot be recovered. All information about you has become public, be afraid and expect the worst. This is for your past, present and future. For Volhynia, for OUN-UPA, for Galicia, for Polissya and for historical lands.”
This announcement was accompanied by crossed out icons with the coat of arms, flag and map of Ukraine, as well as the profile of a pig.
Also, the Diya public services website, developed by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, stopped working. When trying to access the portal, a 503 error message appears.
From the Facebook page of the Ministry of Education and Science saysthat “due to the global attack on the night of January 13-14, 2022, the official website of the MON is temporarily disabled.” The SBU and the cyber police are involved in the search for hackers and elimination of the threat.
