FSO Lieutenant Colonel Aleksey Golokhvostov was accused of taking bribes during the reconstruction of Putin’s residence in Novo-Ogaryovo. How writes “Kommersant”, the criminal case against him is considered by the 235th garrison military court.

Golokhvostov worked in the capital construction department of the FSO. The total amount of the bribe was estimated at 20 million rubles. He himself denies guilt.

Golokhvostov was prosecuted after Dmitry Torchinsky, former director of Stroykomplekt, and his deputy, testified against him. It was this company that built Putin’s residence in Novo-Ogaryovo.

Earlier, in the case of embezzlement in Novo-Ogaryovo, top managers of the Klimat Prof company, which was part of the Baltstroy holding, Sergey Perevalov (four years in a penal colony) and Alexander Rodionov, who received three years in a general regime, were convicted.

The cases of other defendants – the ex-head of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise Ateks of the FSO Andrey Kaminov, the former head of the engineering and technical support service of the FSO, Major General Igor Vasiliev, the top manager of Stroyfasad Sergey Litvinov, the head of the Forum holding Dmitry Mikhalchenko, the head of the department of engineering and technical support of the Federal Security Service of Colonel Dmitry Ulitin and the former general director of the company “Climate Prof” Boris Maltsev, the 2nd Western District Military Court is still considering.

In July last year, journalists figured outthat in Novo-Ogarevo a secret large-scale construction of facilities is underway, the cost of which is estimated at 20-50 billion rubles.
