Yulia Prisyazhnaya, a resident of Kostroma, was laid off at a local motor transport college, where she worked as a deputy director. The juror has been suing the college leadership and the local administration for a year now – she was fired after complaints of embezzlement of funds and meager incentive payments of 50 kopecks. The court decided to reinstate the Jury at work, but the very next day she was informed that her position was laid off as unnecessary. About this Juror wrote in Vkontakte”.
According to her, she worked at the Kostroma Motor Transport College for 22 years, of which 16 years as a deputy director.
“January 11 is exactly one year since I was fired from the Kostroma Motor Transport College,” Prisyazhnaya writes. – I was fired under the article for the fact that I took dirty linen out of the hut – I reported the theft of funds from the state treasury. One day I became unemployed.
The juror explained that the court recognized her dismissal as illegal and reinstated her at work. By information Znak.com, shortly before this, the College Council decided to resume the payment of bonuses to the teaching staff from 500 to 2.5 thousand rubles, depending on the length of service. The deputy director decided to receive unpaid allowances for 2019-2020, in total she should have been paid about 70 thousand rubles. However, the management considered that this was too large a sum, and issued completely different incentive payments – for the experience from 5 to 10 years, teachers were entitled to a bonus of 50 kopecks, from 10 to 15 years – 1 ruble, and those who have been working for more than 20 years – 2, 5 rubles.
