The incident took place back in December, but the identity of this person was revealed to the media only now. According to press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Rostov region, on December 18, a man with a traumatic pistol tried to enter one of the local restaurants. As a result, he started a conflict with the guards, who did not want to let him through.
