“Just the activists of the convicts, controlled by the administration of IK-10 of the UFSIN JAO, have finished a long conversation with the convicts of the colony. During the conversation, everyone was warned that in the near future the prosecutor’s office, the POC, the HRC will visit the colony. Everyone will be asked about extortion, torture, etc., if someone says something against the administration of the colony, then after the county, the inspectors of these convicts will be broken, and the detachment will lose everything. Therefore, it is better to say that everyone is doing well, ”said the source.

According to the source, the employees of the colony also received warnings. In all WhatsApp groups, where the employees of the correctional institutions of the Jewish Autonomous Okrug and the department are members, they disseminated these messages: “Dear employees, everyone has seen the information on the website that Osechkin publishes about our institutions. All of you will be interviewed by prosecutors, I hope no one needs to be told what to say … Everything is fine with us, no one oppresses anyone, no one collects money, if someone does not agree with the current head of the department, they can go to the personnel department and submit a letter of resignation. Believe me, there is a queue of people in your place ”.
