Several people died in Almaty hospital with gunshot wounds – head of the Almaty bureau “Azattyk”

In Almaty, at least three or four people died in an emergency hospital with gunshot wounds. The head of Azattyk’s Almaty bureau, Kasym Amanzhol, told The Insider with reference to eyewitnesses.

“There are many wounded in this hospital, three or four people died with gunshot wounds,” Amanzhol said.

Previously reported about one victim in Atyrau. As the correspondent of Azattyk radio Saniya Toiken told The Insider, the police started shooting at the protesters. At least two people were seriously injured, one of them was hit in the head and died.
