In Novokuznetsk, local activist Igor Gorlanov was arrested for 15 days because of a picket against torture near the city department of the FSB. About it informs “7×7” with reference to one of the employees of the city temporary detention center.
The moment of detention hit broadcast on Gorlanov’s Youtube channel.
The activist stood with a poster “Russia against torture.” Law enforcers charged him with a violation of the “coronavirus” restrictions (apparently, we are talking about article 20.6.1 of the Administrative Code), clarifies OVD-Info.
Earlier in his Telegram channel Gorlanov wrotethat he would renounce Russian citizenship if he was detained and arrested for an action near the FSB building.
The activist regularly goes out with pickets. December 13 his arrested for three days for a picket in support of orphans. December 5 Gorlanov also spent a similar promotion. The police detained him and tried to impose a violation of the high alert regime (Article 20.6.1), but in the end they called a team of orderlies from a psychiatric hospital. The doctors refused to forcibly hospitalize the man and let him go home.
