In Cheboksary, activist Alena Blinova was searched. During the search, the woman was released to the doctor. During her absence, the police confiscated all the gadgets from her 12-year-old son Mikhail and said that they would give them back if he gave them his mother’s phone, but the boy did not know where he was.

With a search, the police came to Blinova and her son at about 7:30 am. When the woman returned from the doctor, she was detained. The investigator told the activist’s sister that she was accused of participating in the activities of an extremist organization (part 2 of article 282.2 of the Criminal Code), writes “OVD-info”.

As the former head of Navalny’s headquarters in Cheboksary, Semyon Kochkin, said on Twitter, Blinova is accused of participating in the Artpodgotovka movement, which is prohibited in Russia. The activist is in the status of a suspect.

Alena Blinova took part in several protest actions – including the “Walk of Free People” and the rally “He’s not Dimon for you”, after which she was fired from kindergarten for “repeated failure to fulfill her work duties.”
