In Moscow, on Red Square, a former police major from Rybinsk, Oleg Kashintsev, was detained. He was sent to the OVD in Kitay-gorod. Kashintsev worked for 18 years in the police, 14 of them were in the criminal investigation department, after leaving the authorities he got a job in the anti-corruption department of a local plant, but was forced to leave after he suspected the leadership of financial fraud and refused to vote for amendments to the Constitution. Now former colleagues are arresting him for his liberal position.

“The system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is rotten,” the ex-policeman told the publication. – It’s not made for people. The main criterion for evaluating there is “sticks”, that is, indicators, the stick system is in the first place, and concern for citizens – in the last. Of course, when I started working, it was not quite like that. I believe that lately, police officers are increasingly starting to engage in political investigations, even in our small town. “
According to Kashintsev, the bulk of the police officers have a negative attitude towards the current government. However, those who openly oppose the “cane” system are few. Now the former police officer works for a real estate agency. In addition, he conducts his YouTube channel, where he publishes his own investigations of corruption in Rybinsk.
