In Chelyabinsk, the local police officer Yana Kirillova, the leader of a group of police officers, who was demanded by the city administration to be evicted from their service housing, was fired from the Ministry of Internal Affairs. About it informs Znak.com.

According to Kirillova, the formal reason for the resignation was a reprimand and incomplete official compliance for interview to the TV channel “Rain”… However, in her opinion, the real reason for the dismissal was the conflict with the mayor’s office of Chelyabinsk and the leadership of the police over housing, which could be deprived of a dozen employees.

“I got out of sick leave and wanted to take two days of rest at the expense of overtime, I have accumulated several tens of hours. I can take up to ten days in total, but I only took two. The rest were credited to me as absenteeism and fired on the basis of the reprimand, which I received after the official check. They said that I had given an interview to Dozhd and criticized the authorities. I didn’t criticize anyone, I just talked about our situation. I will go to court and be reinstated, ”said Kirillova.

In the press center of the regional police headquarters, the dismissal of the employee was commented in this way: “On December 16, for a gross violation of official discipline, expressed in absence from the place of service without good reason, the police officer was dismissed from the internal affairs bodies.”

As the newspaper reminds, in Chelyabinsk, a conflict has been developing between the city administration and a group of district police for several months. According to the authorities, some apartments in the house on Rossiyskaya Street, built for the police, belong to the municipality, and the district police officers are trying to prove that the housing should be federal property and they have the right to privatization.
