Earlier this year, the Central Bank has already revised the key rate upward 6 times. The change in the key rate affects the dynamics of lending and deposit rates of banks.
According to TASS poll, more than 20 companies and specialists expected that at the last meeting of the outgoing year, the Central Bank was most likely to raise the rate to 8.5% per annum.
