Deputy of the Basmanny District and member of the Pussy Riot art group Lusya Stein reported about his detention.
“I was detained, two men in civilian clothes pushed me into a wheelbarrow at the exit from the house and were being taken somewhere. I have no idea for what reason again, “- said Stein.
Later it became knownthat Stein was detained under the article on the demonstration of Nazi or extremist symbols (part 1 of article 20.3 of the Administrative Code).
Earlier, the court sentenced Stein to a year of restriction of freedom in a “sanitary case”. Stein was found guilty of inciting violations of sanitary standards (part 1 of Art. 236 of the Criminal Code with the application of Part 4 of Art. 33 of the Criminal Code) at a January rally in support of Alexei Navalny. Earlier, the state prosecution asked to appoint her a sentence of 2 years of restriction of freedom.
According to the court’s decision, Stein is prohibited from leaving the house from 22:00 to 6:00, changing his place of residence, attending public events and leaving Moscow.
