A nurse from Krasnoyarsk, suspected of forging certificates of vaccination against COVID-19 and destroying 12 doses of vaccine, became a defendant in two criminal cases. About it informs press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
According to police, a nurse forged two vaccination certificates back in July and handed them over to citizens. After that, a case was initiated on the forgery, manufacture or circulation of forged documents (part 1 of article 327 of the Criminal Code). The sanction of the article provides for up to two years in prison.
During the investigation, it was found that the nurse “destroyed 12 doses of the drug.” In this regard, a second criminal case was opened against her under the article on intentional damage or destruction of property (part 1 of article 167 of the Criminal Code). It also provides for up to two years in prison.
The court chose the suspect as a preventive measure in the form of a ban on certain actions.
