“Write cutlets on the menu, but don’t give them” – the video showed United Russia instructions on stealing in children’s camps

In the Rostov region, law enforcement officers are checking information about possible embezzlement of budget funds allocated for the recreation of children from low-income families. Searches took place in the office of the Krasny Desant children’s boarding house, as well as at the house of the United Russia deputy Vitaly Latyshev.

Latyshev directs several camps: LLC DOK “Solnechnaya Polyana”, LLC Pension “Orlyonok”, LLC Pension “Dmitriadovskiy”. Searches were carried out in the camps the day before.

An entry appeared on the network in which Latyshev instructs his subordinates to save on food for children, for example, give cutlets only on the day the inspection arrives. Video publishes Telegram channel Baza.

Now the investigation is checking the official for involvement in the theft of money. Since 2015, local authorities have allocated about a billion rubles for this. According to investigators, about 30% of this amount could have been stolen by Latyshev.

United Russia has already announced that Latyshev will be expelled from the party, reported “Kommersant-Yug” in the press service of the regional branch of the party.

December 9 Telegram channel “Che in Rostov” published photos of the house in Taganrog, which belongs to the deputy. The photographs show red and gold wallpaper, “antique” plaster statues and bas-reliefs, five crystal chandeliers in one of the rooms, Empire style oak chairs and paintings in gilded frames, gold taps in the bathrooms.
