The Musical Olympus Foundation of the pianist Irina Nikitina, ex-wife of the cellist and friend of Putin Sergei Roldugin (pictured left), received a historic estate in the center of Moscow for free use. About it write Important Stories.

According to the newspaper, Nikitina wrote a letter to Putin asking him to transfer the estate to her, which will be restored at the expense of the Moscow budget. She attached a letter of recommendation from her ex-husband Sergei Roldugin to the letter. Nikitina’s request was granted: under the control of the Deputy Mayor of Moscow Natalya Sergunina, the Musical Olympus received the estate for free use, and its Moscow branch was registered at the address of the building.

As noted by “Important Stories”, Irina Nikitina is also the godmother of the eldest daughter of the President Maria. The foundation’s council includes the wife and another friend of the President of Russia, Nikolai Shamalov, whose son (Kirill Shamalov) is the ex-husband of Putin’s youngest daughter Katerina.

Judging by the restoration project of the estate, an atrium with a glass roof with an area of 400 square meters may be erected in the courtyard of the building, which will house a concert hall for 300 seats with a buffet. In total, more than 150 million rubles have already been spent from the Moscow budget for the development of design documentation and restoration work.
