In the Yaroslavl Region, a court refused to send to a pre-trial detention center a 16-year-old “anarchist” who was detained by the FSB on suspicion of preparing attacks on government bodies. About it informs RIA Novosti.
Earlier, a case was initiated against the teenager under Part 1 of Art. 223.1 of the Criminal Code (illegal manufacture, storage of explosives) and Part 1 of Art. 222.1 of the Criminal Code (illegal possession of firearms and ammunition).
According to the Investigative Committee and the FSB, until December 5, the suspect was in closed chats on Telegram, where he called for attacks on the authorities, as well as for violent actions against security officials and other officials. “The detainee planned to commit high-profile actions aimed at destabilizing the socio-political situation in the region,” leads TASS commentary by DSP FSB.
For this purpose, the teenager, according to the departments, made an explosive at his home in the village of Kamenki – acetone triperoxide. In addition, during a search, they allegedly found a sawn-off shotgun of a hunting rifle and ammunition.
The published video of the suspect’s arrest shows a package of sparklers with a snowman and a rare pistol as evidence, notes “New Newspaper”. The security officials also published a photo of hydrogen peroxide and a screen where someone writes to the bot in a telegram that he is a “lone wolf”, that he is considered a “nihilist”, and that he “read a lot of Bakunin and Makhno’s memoirs.” “Arsons, agitation, instructing people on the anarchist path. This year, a wide response was caused by the criminal case initiated against adolescents from Kansk, Krasnoyarsk Territory. They were suspected of terrorism on the basis of telephone correspondence, from which it turned out that the suspects had built an FSB building in the video game Minecraft, which they wanted to blow up.
Three schoolchildren, the youngest of whom at that time was 14 years old, were detained after they pasted leaflets in Kansk in support of MSU graduate student Azat Miftakhov. convicted for six years in prison for hooliganism. The schoolchildren were accused of organizing a terrorist community (Article 205.4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and undergoing training in order to carry out terrorist activities (Article 205.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The case file contains a psychological and linguistic forensic examination, which says that in the correspondence the teenagers mentioned the statements of the anarchist Pyotr Kropotkin and the musician Kurt Cobain, as well as the songs of Yegor Letov.
Investigators claim that the teenagers “independently underwent training in the manufacture of explosives, made them, and practiced their use in practice in an abandoned house, on wastelands and construction sites.”
At the end of March, the Memorial Human Rights Center included accused Nikita Uvarov, Denis Mikhailenko and Bogdan Andreev are on the list of probable victims of political repression.
