The Investigative Committee posthumously indicted the neo-Nazi Maksim Martsinkevich, known as Tesak, of three murders. About it reported lawyer Alexey Mikhalchik, representing the interests of his father.
Father Martsinkevich was summoned to the Investigative Committee and offered to sign an agreement to terminate the criminal case on non-rehabilitating grounds, that is, in connection with the death of the suspect. He refused to do it.
“Sergei Martsinkevich became the representative of his son Maxim. On Thursday he was summoned to the Investigative Committee and told that Martsinkevich is accused of at least three murders. He was asked to sign an agreement to terminate the criminal case on non-rehabilitating grounds, that is, in connection with the death of a person subject to criminal liability. My client categorically refused this, he wants to seek further investigation of this crime, ”said the lawyer.
The Investigative Committee claims that before his death, Tesak confessed that he was involved in two double murders. The investigation also believes that Martsinkevich committed suicide and refused to investigate his death.
In September last year, Martsinkevich was found dead in a cell in a pre-trial detention center in Chelyabinsk. He left three suicide notes: one addressed to his relatives, the second to the administration of the pre-trial detention center. In the third note, he said that he had incriminated himself and his associates by telling investigators about the murders.
