I went to the passport office 7 times, and each time the worker tore up my applications. She said that she would make a statement herself, I just need to sign it. Then they called me, she started yelling at me to sign everything faster, and pushed me out into the street, said that they would call me when the passport was ready. “
When the passport was canceled, no one even notified the activist about it. According to him, he found out about this by chance when he took custody of his wife, for whom care is needed. In order to restore his passport, he collected all the necessary documents, which were indicated to him, but the employees of the passport office refused to accept them.
After a while, Varazdat Antonyan suffered a heart attack and was hospitalized. After being discharged, a policeman came to his home and notified that the activist must leave Russia by a certain date. At the same time, the policeman refused to give the order, citing the fact that he had it in one copy. Varazdat told The Insider that his detention was carried out as harshly as possible:
“On that day, my wife and I had appointments to the doctor at the polyclinic, but the cardiologist was not there, and we went home. As soon as we got out of the car, several people attacked us. His wife, a disabled person of the first group, was hit and thrown to the ground. They took my phone away, they didn’t even let me call a lawyer. I was taken to a pre-trial detention center, after 2 days I was taken to the airport in Moscow, from there after another 2 days I flew to Armenia. Now I need an operation, but all my medicines and documents have remained at home in Ulan-Ude. “
I also associate this with the story when my wife was assigned the wrong disability group. Initially, she was assigned the 3rd disability group, according to the doctor’s conclusion, after a stroke, my wife did not have any serious hearing or vision impairments, but she was getting worse. I filed a complaint with the Ministry of Health, and my wife was admitted to the hospital for a second check-up. It turned out that she had complete hearing loss in her right ear and half on her left, her vision is still bad. I went to court and won. Soon a fellow countryman came to me and said that he was asked to tell me that if I “blather”, then I would not expect anything good: “Go shut his mouth” – someone ordered from above. Immediately after this story, “incorrect” data in my documents was revealed. “
