In Moscow, security officials searched two apartments belonging to the judge of the Moscow Arbitration Court Elena Kondrat and her husband Ivan. About it informs “New Newspaper”.
The searches were carried out as part of a criminal case on mediation in bribery on an especially large scale, initiated against Kondrat. The security forces confiscated computers and telephones from the apartments.
Kondrat told Novaya Gazeta that her defense is still not familiar with the decision to initiate the case, which makes it impossible for her to appeal against it. The search in one of the two apartments was carried out in the absence of her or her husband, former Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Ivan Kondrat.
Last year, a criminal case was opened against Nikolai Kondrat, the son of Ivan and Elena. He was charged with organizing the murder of his driver. On November 26, the Lukhovitskiy District Court was supposed to consider Mantsev’s case in a special order without analyzing the evidence, but it was postponed until December 7.
