Almost all schoolchildren were fined a minimum amount of three thousand rubles. Most cases involve cheat sheets on paper, but there are cases that mention cheat sheets written on students’ hands and feet. Mobile phones appear in cases much less often, ChTD notes.

There are also at least nine fines in the file cabinet for the exam organizers themselves. In particular, one of the commission’s employees was fined for allowing a student to bring a smart watch into the classroom.
