The letter referred to in these videos was simultaneously published at 7 am on November 24 in all the main pro-government media. It was signed by a number of chief physicians and heads of polyclinics: chief physicians of Moscow hospitals No. 40, No. 52, No. 15 and No. 67 Denis Protsenko, Maryana Lysenko, Valery Vechorko and Andrey Shkoda, head physician of the Botkin Clinical Infectious Diseases Hospital in St. Petersburg Denis Gusev other.

The letter is addressed not only to opponents of vaccination in general, but also to specific people: the leaders of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation and “Fair Russia” Gennady Zyuganov and Sergei Mironov, Deputy Speaker of the State Duma Pyotr Tolstoy, political scientist Sergei Kurginyan, actress Maria Shukshina, singer Natalya Vetlitskaya, TV presenter O musician Konstantin Kinchev, singer and composer Yuri Loza.

“We’re all a little busy right now, and you can probably guess what,” the letter says. “However, given how many people read, listen and listen to you, we will find time to guide you through the red zones, intensive care units and pathological departments of our hospitals. Maybe after that you will change your position and fewer people will die. “

One of the tiktokers who posted a video about the letter told The Insider that he was paid 30,000 rubles for it. “This is purely my price,” he answered when asked about tariffication. Stepan Slyusarev, director of advertising sales for TikTok in Russia, said that he was not authorized to comment without the appropriate permission of the PR department, but promised to give an answer in case of such approval. According to The Insider, on condition of anonymity, the girl who posts a video on the topic of cosplay on TikTok, the videos under the hashtag #temktoprotiv are clearly paid in nature – the mention of the doctors’ letter is taken out of the general context, the plot and looks like the 25th frame, but not hidden. but very distinct. “Depending on the blogger’s audience, its breadth, there are those who work on a prepaid basis, and there are those who receive money depending on the number of views of the video,” says the interlocutor. – There are sites that work with bloggers, set a specific topic. A video is made according to these scenarios. Small accounts with 50,000-100,000 subscribers, as far as I know, can charge from 100 to 1,000 rubles per video. “

The founder of the advertising and production agency Purple Door, Alexei Pak, who also produces many Tiktokers, told The Insider that the cost of such advertising posts is really very low.

“I didn’t participate in this particular process, but in a normal situation, advertising posts cost money, it can be individually – bartered or free, bloggers don’t really like to spread about this,” says Pak. – The price depends on the blogger and the quality of his content. I have not met 100 rubles, but 300-500 rubles – yes, quite. It can be either post-payment or prepayment, depending on how the blogger agrees with the advertiser. “

Previously reportedthat the internal political bloc of the presidential administration has begun to restart the vaccination campaign. The work will be supervised by two subdivisions: the Department for Provision of the State Council, headed by Alexander Kharichev, and the Department for Public Projects, which is headed by Sergei Novikov. Both are considered associates of the first deputy head of the Presidential Administration, Sergei Kiriyenko.

Update 00:45. Added a comment from one of the TikTokers who posted a video advertising the letter.
