According to card administrative case on the website of the court, Ozhiganov was fined on November 22 under the article on repeated violation of the rules for holding the action (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Administrative Code).
According to Ozhiganov, the police forged his signature in the administrative protocol and other documents. “Yesterday I was detained without reason, although I was not hiding anywhere, they kept me in the cold all night, and this morning I find out in the protocol that someone has already signed for me! What kind of court can be based on such documents ?! ” – said the entrepreneur.
Previously, he wrote on Instagram that after the arrest, the security forces did not give him the opportunity to go to the toilet and did not feed him.
November 13 Ozhiganov published video message to Vladimir Putin. In the video, he demanded “to stop the lawlessness in the Irkutsk region.” According to the entrepreneur, local authorities, ignoring the words of the President of the Russian Federation, oblige businessmen to vaccinate their employees.
